  • Marketing Web/Graphic Designer
    ( Hong Kong )

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a full-time Marketing Web/Graphic Designer with minimum two years of relevant experience, to join our busy, cutting edge internal marketing team. The Marketing Web/Graphic Designer will be working on creative visual identities, interactive promotions, responsive landing pages, emails, print and other various creative content to support the growth of the business. He/she is keen to develop their creativity and ready to grow into a marketer through learning more skills, and taking on more responsibilities.

     

    Reporting to CMO, this role covers the following:

    • Work on marketing projects from concept, design through to final execution
    • Work within the marketing team & collaborate with external designers and web developers alike
    • Think creatively, generate new ideas, designs and concepts
    • Design and art-working digital and offline sales and marketing materials such as brochures, adverts, flyers, business cards, sales documents, in line with brand guidelines
    • Creation of monthly and quarterly newsletters, e-newsletters, whitepaper etc.
    • Managing the production process for all marketing collateral
    • Work with sales and other internal departments to understand their needs
    • Maintaining existing websites, blog via CMS
    • Update social media including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and WeChat
    • Designing & building promotions & web pages for multi-platform
    • Producing creative content for marketing purposes
    • Provides support on other marketing activities

     

    Requirements

    • Have at least 2 years marketing design experience
    • Have a creative imaginative mindset and be self-motivated
    • Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
    • Have an excellent up to date online portfolio
    • Great concept skills with a good eye for composition and colour
    • A good understanding of UX and work to supplied wireframes
    • Strong attention to detail and delivery timings are key requirements
    • Understand multi-platform and the online world
    • Be flexible to any task as well as working to multiple deadlines at the same time
    • Thrive on working in a fun and fast-moving environment
    • Open to develop his/her design knowledge into marketing
    • Have a sense of humour, be sociable and approachable!

     

    Beneficial

    • Experience in working for the financial services industry
    • Print experience / Strong ability in Adobe InDesign
    • Hand-coding CSS2/3 XHTML/ HTML5 responsive design skills
    • Web 2.0 Design
    • Mandarin speaking or good knowledge of the language

  • Online/Internet Marketing Executive
    ( Hong Kong )

    Lead Generation Campaigns, SEO, SEM, Direct Media Buying

    The focus of this role will be planning and executing online & marketing initiatives.  Other activities will include support in various marketing roles, such as content, events, and product vision.


    Reporting to CMO, this role covers the following:

    • Manage campaigns across multiple online channels, including Display, Search and Social. Constantly test variants to optimize performance
    • Run A/B Testing to optimize website, landing pages and sign-up path
    • Manage and improve the measurement of customer acquisition campaigns (Google Analytics)
    • Use a highly metrics driven approach to help set the direction of our acquisition campaigns
    • Work hand-in-hand with marketing, content, product and design teams to implement recommendations
    • Develop and execute online advertising strategy
    • Optimize website for search engines
    • Research media websites for ad buy
    • Execute direct media buys
    • Advertising related market research
    • Work closely with business analyst to deliver results
    • A/B testing

    This is a hands-on role with a great opportunity to have substantial impact quickly.


    Skills we are looking for

    • Metrics, Metrics, Metrics!
    • Online campaign management experience
    • Online marketing experience (display and search)
    • Direct media buying experience
    • Experience with Google analytics, adwords, content management system, other 3rd party tools
    • SEO background
    • Very strong planning, tracking and reporting drive – this will be a major role in the job
    • Link development skills to enhance link popularity
    • Understanding of Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. networks
    • Good knowledge of natural search market & search engines
    • Strong communication and liaison skills both written and verbal (essential)
    • Well organized with exceptional attention to detail (essential)
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Good literacy and accuracy skills
    • Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese is required
    • Strong understanding of design
